Jeanine Motsay, SPHR, leads HR Business Cafe consulting initiatives.
Jeanine has consulting experience within an array of business sectors. She has professional expertise in recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations and employment policies and procedures. Jeanine has been consulting for nearly 10 years throughout the Midwest with start-ups and small to mid-size clients as a project consultant and as a statewide Human Resource Advisor for the State of Illinois’ public university system. She has experience with non-profits as a former director for the Indianapolis Private Industry Council’s Business Services Initiative where she created a service platform to provide human resource development services for emerging and evolving businesses. Prior to becoming a consultant, Jeanine worked for a Fortune 25 company as a human resource management professional.
Jeanine is a certified human resource professional with the SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) designation and a graduate of the University of Illinois. She has in total 15 years of progressive human resource management and business experience.
